All of my items are unique and original – handmade by me. I use only the highest quality materials and take great pride in my workmanship and artistry. I am a hopeless perfectionist and I will never sell an item to you that I wouldn’t buy for myself.
I try to make my photographs and descriptions as accurate and true to the item represented as possible. If you still have questions or special requests regarding an item, please contact me in advance of purchase so that I can address them.
Since my items are all handmade by me, this means that the item pictured is representative of what you will be receiving, but not exact. Handmade items are uniquely one of a kind and each have their own personality. Please allow for slight variations. The time before shipping of these items is usually 2 weeks, and whenever possible, sooner.
All in-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days of cleared payment.
Materials Information
METALS: All of my jewelry pieces are made with .925 Sterling Silver, or 14KT Gold Filled round wire, and are hand hammered and forged to enhance and highlight, and add texture and dimension to the metal. Sterling Silver and Gold Filled, are referred to throughout the pricing information as SS or GF. Due to the volatility in the metal market, prices are subject to change upon re-order, and may be updated to reflect usual increases.
BEADS: Earrings-SS or GF 4mm or 5 mm beads, Swarovski (or similar) crystal beads in various sizes (5mm+), and stone beads as available and often limited, all depending on earring style; Bracelets and Neckpieces – handmade lampwork glass beads in neutral tones, made in Walpole, NH, by Amy Chase of The Good Natured Studio.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards through Square or on this site, in addition to checks and money orders. Items will be shipped when payment clears.
Unless agreed upon in advance, all custom orders will be billed at a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to creating your item, with the final 50% due upon completion and approval of buyer, prior to shipment.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate fee of $5.00. International rates will be provided upon request. I ship very securely immediately upon receipt of cleared payment unless otherwise requested. Delivery confirmation is included, but items are not insured. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include insurance, please let me know in advance of payment so pricing can be adjusted accordingly.
Items will be shipped to the address you have presented at payment. If there has been a change in your address, please notify me immediately upon purchase so that I can make proper shipping arrangements.
All items come packaged in an elegant muslin bag for storage or gift giving.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase and to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or shop credit. Please call me before shipping the item back to me and I will provide you with an RMA # and a shipping address. Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition, and must be returned postage prepaid by you. I will pay for postage to return the item to you. Custom orders are not refundable.
If you order the wrong size and need your piece resized I will resize one size up or down for free but you will need to pay the shipping both ways. Please make sure that your measurements are accurate and confirmed at the time of your order.
